Origin
Simple evolution from cats may seem natural and comfortable, but is unlikely to produce an actual eared and tailed human. I'll assume a kind of mutation where, with sufficient "feline affinity" -- expressed as catlike looks, catlike personality, interest in felines, attractiveness to felines, etc. -- a girl may be born with physical cat traits or develop them in puberty.
Rarity
Probably between 20% and 30% of girls are affected.
Main Regions
Asia, Americas, and Europe. The most common racially are East Asian, Hispanic, and White.
Life Expectancy
Uhh...depends on the percentage of humans that don't want to kill them, I suppose.
Average Build
More fit than the average human, but otherwise equally as lifestyle-dependent.
